[Remote] Commercial Insurance Account Manager

They are seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage the lifecycle and service/renewal process for a dedicated book of business with commercial clients, ensuring accurate coverage and proactive renewals.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire lifecycle for an existing book of commercial lines accounts, including onboarding new clients, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingExpertly handle a range of commercial coverages including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Professional Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto, and Cyber insuranceQuote, bind, and issue new commercial policies in coordination with carriersIssue certificates of insurance (COIs) and respond to client requests with accuracy and speedProcess endorsements, policy changes, audits, and binders accurately and within carrier timelinesReview policies for coverage accuracy prior to delivery; flag discrepancies proactivelyCommunicate proactively and professionally with clients and underwriters across all formats, including email, text, and phone callsMaintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management systemSupport the agency principal on new business submissions as neededSkills3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (account management or CSR role) with a proven track record of managing a commercial book of businessActive Property & Casualty license required (home state; California reciprocity support provided)Excellent verbal and written communication skills: your communication with clients and underwriters is clear, organized, and professionalComfortable and effective communicating via email, text, and phone callsDetail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy and follow-throughSelf-starter who can manage their own workflow without close supervisionComfortable working fully remote with communication across multiple digital formatsBenefitsMedical and dental insuranceSIMPLE IRA with 3% employer matchFully remote with flexible schedulingLicensing support and continuing education assistanceCompany OverviewTycho Insurance Services offers insurance brokerage, including group health, employee benefits, and compliance programs.
