[Remote] Commercial Door and Hardware Project Manager

They are seeking a Commercial Door and Hardware Project Manager who will manage multiple projects, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials while adapting to a fast-growing environment.ResponsibilitiesReviewing blueprints and construction documents to determine the best/required Division 8 and or Division 10 materials for a project and reviewing assigned material for accuracy and compatibilityProviding quotes to customers for commercial doors, frames, and hardwareCreating submittals for doors, frames, and hardware that summarize the Division 8 and 10 materials that will be used and sending them to the appropriate party for reviewAdding the materials needed for each customer order into LockNet's system and managing the dates that the materials will be sent to the customerCoordinating delivery of materials with site contacts according to project schedule and deadlinesMaintaining external relationships by following up to ensure safe and timely arrival of materialTroubleshooting errors that may arise such as application or installation issues, changes in construction plans, damaged or defective materials, incorrectly supplied materials, etcRegularly interfacing and coordinating with other departments (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) as neededSkills6-8 years experience in Division 8 Project ManagementExperience working with ComsenseSkilled in reading blueprints and plans and creating submittalsUnderstanding of architectural door and hardware vendors, part numbers/nomenclature, and product applicationsExcellent interpersonal and professional communication skillsExperience working in AvawareArchitectural Hardware Certification is not required, but a plusBenefitsGreat benefits including options for 100% paid health and vision insurance for employees and competitive costs for families.PTO accrual starting day one.401k with employer matching.Autonomy and ability to impact.Company OverviewLockNet is a facilities services company.
