They are seeking a Commercial Accounts Project Manager to own relationships with top-tier clients, manage loss dispatch, resolve issues, and lead customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLoss dispatch management — Coordinate new and active losses from initial dispatch through project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all account guidelines, pricing, billing formats, and timelinesIssue resolution & negotiation — Resolve quality, service, and invoicing issues while negotiating fair outcomes with franchises, vendors, and partnersCustomer service leadership — Lead day‑to‑day customer interactions, delivering timely updates and driving outcomes aligned with cost, quality, and speed metricsProject & documentation oversight — Prioritize and manage multiple site‑specific issues, maintain accurate daily documentation, and ensure vendor portals and account matrices remain up to dateData analysis & decision‑making — Analyze contracts, evidence, and root causes to make informed decisions and develop strategies that improve operational efficiencyEstimate & invoice review — Review scopes, estimates, and invoices for accuracy; audit submissions; negotiate settlements; and support franchise training on proper invoicingFranchise network support — Serve as a resource for franchises by assisting with scopes, mitigation guidance, documentation, reporting, and navigation of submission platformsSkillsSkilled in restoration platforms such as Time and Material software, Restore 365, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and Cotality tools (Workspace, Estimate, Validate)Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance while responding quickly to evolving needsWilling to travel for CAT events or large projects, work nights/weekends when needed, and participate in on-call rotationsUnderstanding of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold), IICRC standards, and unsanitary water categories 2, 3, and special situationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and clientsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced or service-driven environmentsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting the first day of the month after you’re hiredCompetitive 401(k) match to help you invest in your futureEnjoy 15 days of paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays to recharge and celebrateWe’re committed to your development with career advancement and professional growthCompany OverviewWe specialize in fire, wind, and water damage restoration to residential and commercial customers throughout our service areas.
