As a Comfort Marketing Specialist, you will enhance the communications infrastructure that supports member experience and benefit education, operationalizing campaigns and ensuring messaging aligns with Gravie's standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport segmentation updates, manual data uploads, audience list refreshes and QA within BrazeSupport execution of ongoing member‐engagement campaigns (launch, monitoring, optimization)Coordinate communications reviews with external partners (virtual-care, navigation programs, vendor support) including scheduling reviews, collecting assets, ensuring brand/tone alignmentOrganize inbound collateral and communications requests from AM/IM, Clinical, Product, Gravie Care, Finance and other teams; maintain intake tracking, version control, prioritization, deadlines, and ensure necessary internal approvalsBecome proficient in Gravie’s brand guidelines and tone of voice for members, employers and brokers; review/edit templated partner communications for brand and messaging alignmentConduct audits of member/employer-facing communications and collateral to ensure accuracy; update when plan or product changes impact messagingProvide support for member‐ and employer‐pharmacy communications as requiredAssist in the development of new collateral as identified by ManagerSkills3+ years' experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM/campaign support, or similarFamiliarity with CRM software (Braze or comparable) and digital marketing workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reviewing and editing messaging for brand, tone, consistency, accuracyExcellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple inbound requests, track status, and deliver on deadlinesComfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, AM/IM and external vendorsSome experience in or familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industriesBenefitsStandard health and wellness benefitsAlternative medicine coverageGenerous PTOUp to 16 weeks paid parental leavePaid holidaysA 401k programTransportation perksEducation reimbursementPaid paw-ternity leaveCompany OverviewGravie is an insurance company that designs health benefits plans for small and midsize employers.
