Description Please note : This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States except for residents of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC. Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reside at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible. Join an Award-Winning team at National Enterprise Systems! (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses with no earnings cap Schedule : 3 days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT, 2 days: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM EDT. Monday - Friday. Paid training Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid personal and vacation time off Paid holidays Responsibilities: Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts Use negotiation and customer service skills to find creative payment solutions Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and outcomes Ensure a high level of customer service while complying with all applicable regulations Apply techniques offered in training and coaching to improve performance and meet goals Requirements Technical Requirements: Equipment will be provided Internet Connection Requirements: Must have a reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection with a wired or fiber-optic connection. Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable . Download > 100 Mbps Upload > 20 Mbps Latency < 50 ms Qualifications: Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills Ability to negotiate and be assertive and professional at all times General computer knowledge and typing skills Capability to adhere to schedule requirements Minimum 2 years debt collection experience High School Diploma or equivalent
