[Remote] Collections Representative (Experience Required!)

The Collections Representative will assist the Accounts Receivable department with heavy collections, invoicing, and customer communication, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.ResponsibilitiesHeavy phonesProvide invoices and statements to customersCross Train on other accounting/billing processesUpdating Compliance Companies with current insurance informationMonitor branch accounts receivable and identify overdue accountsContact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue amount.
