[Remote] Cold Calling Appointment Setter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking motivated and results-driven Work-from-Home Appointment Setters to join their team. In this commission-only role, you will contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for tune-up services, focusing on generating and securing appointments to fill the calendar. Responsibilities Conducted cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems Schedule appointments for our tune-up services and ensure the calendar is filled with a minimum of nine appointments per day Verify and confirm appointments to ensure successful completion Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set Skills Proficiency in cold calling and predictive dialing techniques Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome resistance Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role Familiarity with predictive dialing systems and CRM software Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in appointment setting or similar roles is a plus Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Training & development Company Overview When homeowners want a reliable heater or air conditioning system that they don’t have to think about, they call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
