About the Role

What You'll Do:
Ā Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails.
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely.
Ā Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment.
Ā Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

Ā Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine centers.
