[Remote] Cloud Software Engineer - Observability Platform

They are looking for an experienced engineer to join their Observability team, responsible for building and operating the telemetry platform that powers internal monitoring and observability features for customers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and operate distributed systems that power observability across ClickHouse CloudOwn reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of our telemetry pipeline and storage systemsTake part in the on-call rotation and help drive root-cause resolution and long-term fixesBuild tooling and automation to eliminate repetitive operational workHelp shape the roadmap for observability by identifying bottlenecks and scaling challengesCollaborate with other engineering teams to improve their observability postureContribute to design discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor teammatesSkills5+ years building and running production systems at scaleProficiency in GolangExperience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform or similar IaC toolsComfortable working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar toolsExperience with ClickHouseBenefitsFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
