The Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer will design and own production-grade infrastructure that supports Tessera’s AI systems across multiple cloud providers, focusing on automation, security, and reliability.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain production-grade cloud infrastructureBe part of a team that supports Tessera’s infrastructure across every cloud providerDesign, build, and operate Tessera’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP and OracleEnable portable infrastructure across customer environmentsImprove observability, security, and system reliabilityDeploy and operate applications using Kubernetes and TerraformPartner closely with product and platform engineers to unblock deliveryDesign and build CI/CD pipelines, own the end-to-end automation of build, test, and deployment workflows for both infrastructure and application codeBuild and maintain a reusable automation framework for day-to-day DevOps and developer workflows, covering environment provisioning, secret rotation, dependency updates, compliance checks, and release managementAutomate operational runbooks and recurring processes, identify manual work across the engineering org and systematically eliminate it through scripts, pipeline stages, and self-service toolingChampion an automation-first mindset across the team, if something is done twice, it should be automated; if it's automated, it should be observable and maintained like production codeSkills3+ years experience as a Cloud Infrastructure EngineerHands-on experience with TerraformHands-on experience with KubernetesStrong hands-on experience with Cloud providers(AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)Proven track record designing and owning CI/CD systems, pipeline architecture, GitOps-driven deployments, release automation, and pipeline-as-code practices expandedExperience building automation frameworks for DevOps and developer workflows, including scripting (Bash, Python, or similar), workflow orchestration, and self-service tooling that reduces manual intervention across engineering processes expandedStrong networking fundamentalsProven experience deploying and operating real production systemsExperience with FluxCD or other GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, etc.)Understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps, integrating security gates, SBOM generation, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelinesA passion (and curiosity) about clean, unified infrastructure and best practicesBenefitsOffers EquityHybrid workplace typeCompany OverviewTessera Labs is an AI platform that delivers governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance landscapes.
