[Remote] Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

They are seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud-native platforms that support multiple engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters, including workload scheduling, resource quotas, network policies, ingress/egress controls, and RBACDevelop and maintain deployment patterns using Helm, Kustomize, and Kubernetes operatorsBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principlesProvision and manage infrastructure using tools such as Terraform or similar automation platformsBuild secure container images and manage image versioning and promotion across environmentsImplement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar technologiesConduct load testing, resilience validation, performance tuning, and capacity planningPerform Linux administration, troubleshooting, and system hardeningSupport stateful workloads including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and KafkaParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiativesDocument architecture, operational procedures, backup and recovery processes, and infrastructure lifecycle plansSkills2–5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE rolesHands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environmentsExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as TerraformStrong containerization knowledge and security best practicesSolid Linux administration and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in Python or a similar scripting languageUnderstanding of networking, Kubernetes security, and deployment strategiesExperience with load testing and performance analysisAbility to work effectively across technical teams in a collaborative environmentBenefitsBonus eligibility availableRemote (US) position with occasional travel as neededCompany OverviewTaking traditional global staffing and enabling AI + technology expertise to provide top talents to global customers.
