They are seeking experienced Fin Ops Consultants to provide FinOps services, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining scalable practices. The role involves conducting business reviews, building customer relationships, and managing documentation and performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesConduct customer business reviews that are focused on cloud utilization and identifying and sharing cost optimization opportunitiesBuild and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with our customersMaintain comprehensive documentation of checklists, procedures, processes, and policies to support compliant and best-practice deployment and utilization of cloud resourcesDefine, measure and monitor KPIs and SLAs that lead to high customer satisfactionOwn the post-sales relationshipSkillsEither possess or be willing to obtain FinOps Practitioner CertificationBS Degree in Business or a Technology related field; graduate degree appreciatedExperience optimizing workflows and implementing process improvementTechnical and business problem-solving skills and judgementDemonstrated interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, presentation skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all technical levelsAbility to prioritize and manage competing demandsExperience working with Clients on business solutionsEither possess one year of prior experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or be willing to learnEither possess one year of prior experience in the AWS Management Console and Azure Portal or similar Cloud Portals or be willing to learnCompany OverviewBlue Mantis is a security-first, IT solutions and services provider with a 30+ year history of successfully helping clients achieve business modernization by applying next-generation technologies including managed services, cybersecurity and cloud.
