This role involves leading incident resolution and driving continuous improvement of production environments.ResponsibilitiesOwn availability, uptime, and performance of Azure production environmentsAct as L3/L4 escalation lead for major incidentsLead incident triage, coordination, and resolutionDrive root cause analysis and eliminate repeat issuesImprove MTTR and operational processesOwn monitoring and alerting strategy (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DataDog, Application Insights)Review and approve production changes and ensure readinessSupport security incident response and compliancePartner with engineering and application teamsSkills7–10+ years IT infrastructure experience (operations-focused)3–5+ years supporting Azure production environmentsStrong L3/L4 incident escalation experienceDeep troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsExperience with monitoring tools and ITSM processesExperience supporting high-availability environmentsAzure certifications (AZ-104 or similar)Experience with AVD, hybrid cloud, migrationsExperience with Ivanti or ITSM toolsFamiliarity with ITILCompany OverviewC&G Consulting Services is a full-service staffing company offering practical solutions to your staffing needs through contracting, contract-to-hire, and direct hire services.
