The role focuses on providing technical leadership and support for AWS cloud environments while contributing to a multi-cloud strategy and optimizing cloud services.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support AWS cloud infrastructure while contributing to a long-term multi-cloud strategyDevelop and execute cloud infrastructure delivery strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools aligned with organizational objectivesContribute to the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud solutions that support rapid and secure software development practicesEvaluate business and application requirements and provide cloud architecture recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioningBuild, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions utilizing Terraform and industry best practicesDevelop automation and self-service capabilities that empower application development teams and improve operational efficiencyCreate and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-native tooling using GitHub Enterprise and modern DevOps practicesApply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including pull requests, branching strategies, code reviews, testing, and deployment automationEstablish, implement, and enhance cloud governance frameworks across AWS and GCP environments, including account structures, policies, Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or related technical rolesStrong hands-on experience architecting, deploying, administering, and supporting AWS cloud environmentsExperience working within multi-cloud environments, including exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Demonstrated experience implementing cloud governance best practices across AWS and/or GCPStrong knowledge of AWS Organizations, Control Tower, account management, governance frameworks, policies, budgets, and security controlsHands-on experience developing and managing Infrastructure as Code using TerraformExperience utilizing GitHub Enterprise and applying SDLC best practices,
