Remote CLM Project Manager/Scrum Master
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery and enhancements for a homegrown Contract Lifecycle Management system. This role will be critical in enabling Medicaid contract functionality, including solution alignment, and data migration from the legacy system.
This is a role focused on delivery requiring someone who can actively run Agile teams, manage complex enterprise stakeholders, and drive execution across IT delivery teams-not just facilitate meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution (60%)
• Own delivery of CLM enhancements
• Drive execution across development, testing, and IT delivery teams
• Actively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Ensure delivery commitments are met and escalations are handled appropriately
Scrum Master / Agile Leadership (40%)
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, including:
o Daily standups
o Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
o Tracking sprint progress and delivery metrics
• Ensure Agile practices are applied effectively and consistently
• Keep teams focused on outcomes and delivery, especially when timelines are at risk
Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Manage multiple enterprise stakeholders across IT and business teams
• Lead formal status reporting, including:
o Weekly executive status updates
o Multiple recurring status and delivery touchpoints
• Maintain RAID logs and communicate risks clearly with mitigation plans
Budget & Risk Management
• Track and manage project budgets using Clarity
• Identify financial and delivery risks early and take corrective action
• Support forecasting and financial reporting as needed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to run Agile teams
• Strong experience driving delivery across complex, integrated systems
• Ability to manage challenging stakeholders, conflict, and delivery pressure
• Hands on experience with:
o RAID logs
o Executive level status reporting
o Budget tracking and risk management
• Experience working with CLM or contract management systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively during EST business hours
