This role involves shaping the vision and execution for critical initiatives, leading research efforts, and translating business requirements into user stories.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CLM product quad to strengthen platform strategy and ways of workingAdvise on best practices, operating models, and considerations for scaling the platformEvaluate tenant setup and recommend improvements aligned to product and platform strategyIdentify and recommend enhancements to build and deployment processesDocument opportunities to improve the FenX platform and proactively bring forward recommendations on how to leverage new features and functionalitySupport solution design for critical platform features and business needsPropose and evaluate solution approaches for new features within platform constraintsDocument potential integration models and data orchestration approachesSupport requirements definition, planning, and prioritization in partnership with product leadsDevelop sandbox prototypes to validate proposed solutionsContribute to the refinement of key platform capabilitiesSupport research and discovery activities, translating business needs into configuration-ready storiesPartner with product leads to refine epics, features, and user stories in alignment with platform architectureConsult with product owners, including lead and offshore teams, on how to best translate requirements into stories, design artifacts, and decision tablesSkillsStrong expertise in the Fenergo CLM platform, including hands-on experience with modules supporting onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance requirementsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFluency in Agile methodologies and product delivery practicesPreferred experience using Fenergo to enable and optimize product onboarding journeysCompany OverviewBrillio is a technology consulting and technology services company focused on the implementation of digital technologies.
