Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medix™ is seeking a mid-level Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 support for radiologists and clinical staff, focusing on Clario and other radiology-related applications. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring timely support, and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities • Provide real-time support to radiologists (RADS) via chat and escalated ticket workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues, including Clario-related failures and general workstation/application malfunctions (e.g., microphone issues, connectivity problems). • Support clinical imaging applications with a strong emphasis on radiology workflows. • Handle Tier 2/Tier 3 support requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation. • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues, application defects, and workflow inefficiencies. • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Maintain a high standard of customer service, communicating clearly and effectively with clinical end users under time-sensitive conditions. Skills • Mid-level (Tier 2/Tier 3) Help Desk or Technical Support experience. • Strong technical troubleshooting and application support skills (preferred over deep clinical or radiology knowledge). • Experience with Application Support and End-User Support in a production environment. • Ability to reliably work West Coast hours for extended support coverage. • General understanding of healthcare environments (preferred, but not required). • Exposure to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) or RIS (Radiology Information Systems). • Background supporting radiology workflows or radiology-focused teams. • Familiarity with Clario or similar clinical imaging/viewing applications.
