Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) ABA Journey is seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ABA oversight for clients throughout Georgia. Position Highlights • Remote BCBA Clinical Supervisor role • Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling for BCBAs • Competitive BCBA hourly compensation: $75–$95 • Supportive, BCBA-led clinical environment About the BCBA Role The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides oversight of ABA programming, supervision of clinical staff, and ongoing treatment evaluation. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring services are data-driven, ethical, and individualized to client needs. Key Duties for the BCBA Clinical Supervisor • Complete behavioral and skills assessments as a BCBA • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBA • Create, review, and update ABA treatment plans as a BCBA • Guide RBT implementation and provide performance feedback as a BCBA • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as a BCBA • Maintain clinical quality and treatment integrity as a BCBA • Provide caregiver and parent training as a BCBA • Partner with related service providers as a BCBA • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation as a BCBA • Follow BACB, funding source, and Georgia state guidelines as a BCBA Part-time BCBAs must maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week.
