REMOTE PART TIME POSITION MUST BE LOCAL TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Licensed Social Worker for a non-profit organization in SF, CA. Our client partners with Community Health Workers (CHWs), and Doulas to support Medi-Cal members who are unhoused, pregnant, or facing complex health and social barriers. We are looking for someone that can assist in maintaining continuity of care for their clients and compliance with Medi-Cal and DHCS requirements. This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed clinician to step in, make an immediate impact, and provide both supervision and client care. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Licensed clinician (LCSW, PsyD) in California - Screen and assess clients SDoH diagnosis and provide service recommendations - Review and sign care plans - Support compliance, quality assurance, and audit readiness - Attend case conferences for transitional services and care planning - Collaborate with a dynamic and deeply community-rooted team COMPENSATION $45/HR - $55/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
