[Remote] Clinical Sales Trainer

The Clinical Sales Trainer will develop the clinical and technical expertise of the field sales organization by designing and delivering engaging training programs focused on the WatchPAT® solutions.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging clinical and product training through live, virtual, and field-based formatsCo-facilitate New Hire Training, Clinical & Technology BootcampsSupport certification programs and clinical competency assessments for new hires and tenured repsDevelop and maintain training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, eLearning modules, and clinical case studiesCollaborate with Clinical Affairs and Marketing to ensure clinical accuracy, message consistency, and alignment with business goalsDesign scenario-based learning activities that reinforce real-world clinical and sales applicationsPartner with Field Sales Trainers (FSTs) and Area Business Directors (ABDs) to reinforce clinical messaging in the fieldConduct post-training ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions to strengthen field executionServe as a clinical resource for the field sales organization to support competitive and technical discussionsEvaluate training program effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance dataIdentify emerging clinical trends, skill gaps, and educational needs to enhance training designSupport training KPIs such as reducing sales ramp time, increasing certification completion, and improving clinical competency scoresSkillsRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required or RN equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in sleep technology, clinical education, or medical device trainingProven success facilitating adult learning in both clinical and commercial environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsProficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and CRM/LMS systemsPassionate about educating others and improving patient outcomes through trainingClinically credible with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiencesOrganized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environmentCollaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional settings and exemplifies servant leadershipBachelor's degree in a healthcare or life sciences field preferredBenefitsThis position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan.Details of ZOLL's comprehensive benefits plans can be found at www.zollbenefits.com.Company OverviewAt ZOLL®, we’re passionate about improving patient outcomes and helping save lives.
