The Clinical Sales Representative will focus on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Louisville, KY territory by developing sales strategies and mentoring surgical teams.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilizationMentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applicationsBe a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialtiesSupport regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoptionDevelop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervisedDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLsDrive the sales of instruments and accessoriesMentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales teamResponsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etcSkillsA minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare salesAbility to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as neededBachelor's degree requiredKnowledge of the Operating Room environment preferredProven record of successAmbition and exceptional work ethicAbility to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skillsProven ability to work effectively as part of a teamBenefitsWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity.Workplace_type: remoteEmployees will come onsite when requested by the leader.Company OverviewIntuitive designs and manufactures robotic-assisted surgical systems.
