[Remote] Clinical Research Coordinator

They are hiring a Research Coordinator to support the Clinical Research Team by coordinating activities for research studies, implementing clinical research protocols, and maintaining quality and timeliness in project execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport Omada’s research program by coordinating day‑to‑day study operations for assigned protocols, including tracking enrollment targets, participant flow, and key milestonesContact study participants to facilitate timely, complete and accurate participation in studyRespond to questions and requests from research participants, escalating complex or clinical issues to the appropriate team member per protocolCoordinate transfer of data between company and collaborating institutions, following data‑handling and privacy proceduresMaintain accurate study documentation and trackers (e.g., enrollment logs, contact logs, data transfer records) so the team has a current view of study statusMonitor day‑to‑day study progress, proactively flag risks to timelines or data quality, and recommend practical options to keep the work on trackParticipate in regular study team meetings and status reviews, providing clear updates on your assigned workstreams and dependenciesSkillsEducational exposure to clinical research methods and study designExposure to human‑subjects research (e.g., through a prior coordinator, assistant, or practicum role) and familiarity with basic research concepts such as informed consent, protocols, and IRB requirementsExcellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize across multiple studies or deadlines with light supervisionExperience managing small projects or workstreams from start to finish (e.g., coordinating a study‑related process, academic project, or operational workflow)High attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, logs, and checklistsA warm, professional communication style and ability to explain next steps clearly to participantsAppreciation for standardization and adherence to protocol, and willingness to raise questions when you see gaps, risks, or deviationsExperience with Excel or Google Sheets, online survey and collaboration tools (Alchemer, Google Drive, Asana)Hands‑on experience coordinating research with human subjects in a clinical or digital health settingFamiliarity with obesity-related chronic disease, diabetes, cardiovascular risk, or behavior‑change interventionsExperience working in a remote‑first environment and collaborating across functions (e.g., Clinical, Product, Data, or external research partners)BenefitsCompetitive salary with generous annual cash bonusRemote first work from home cultureFlexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved onesGenerous parental leaveHealth, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)401k retirement savings planLifestyle Spending Account (LSA)Mental Health Support SolutionsCompany OverviewOmada Health is a digital behavioral medicine company that helps members change their mindsets to improve health and build lasting change.
