[Remote] Clinical Recruiter (Contractor)

They are seeking 2-3 Full-Cycle Recruiters to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination, focusing on building strong relationships with exceptional clinicians.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle β source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process using Greenhouse ATSSource proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and outbound outreachBuild and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and regionsConduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage new candidatesAssess candidate qualifications based on credentials, experience, clinical expertise, and alignment with organizational needsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experienceTrack and manage data within Greenhouse to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reportingSkills2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; experience hiring clinicians or healthcare professionals is strongly preferredHands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar recruiting software), highly preferredProven success managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environmentSkilled in cold calling, networking, and creative sourcing strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills β confident speaking with candidates at all experience levelsStrong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable with ambiguity β able to adapt quickly to changing needs, priorities, and market dynamicsTech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board sourcingCompany OverviewHuddle Up specializes in providing speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
