This role focuses on identifying and placing top talent across research sites, sponsors, and CROs while managing the full candidate lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSource Clinical Talent — Build pipelines of qualified candidates across clinical research functionsFull Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews and offersPartner With Account Managers — Align on role requirements and deliver high-quality candidate submissionsMarket Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across pharma, biotech, and medical device sectorsPipeline Management — Maintain strong, proactive pipelines for high-demand clinical research rolesCandidate Experience — Provide a consultative, high-touch experience throughout the hiring processSkills2–3+ years of recruiting experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environmentsExperience placing roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Clinical Trial/Study Associates, Data Coordinators, etcStrong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflowsAbility to manage multiple searches and deliver consistent weekly activityPrior staffing agency experience strongly preferredCompany OverviewGreen Key Resources provides career counselling.
