The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering exceptional talent solutions across various clinical research organizations.ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical research and site management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding supportDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical research professionals across a variety of functions and levelsRecruit for roles including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Regulatory Coordinators, Site Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Patient Recruitment Specialists, and other site-based research professionalsConduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical qualifications, therapeutic area expertise, and cultural fitUtilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct outreachBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clinical research professionals and industry stakeholdersMaintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platformsSkillsMinimum of three years of recruiting experience within the clinical life sciences spaceManage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical research and site management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding supportDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical research professionals across a variety of functions and levelsRecruit for roles including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Regulatory Coordinators, Site Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Patient Recruitment Specialists, and other site-based research professionalsConduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical qualifications, therapeutic area expertise, and cultural fitUtilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations, and direct outreachBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clinical research professionals and industry stakeholdersMaintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platforms3+ years of recruiting experience within clinical research, site management, healthcare staffing, life sciences staffing, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience recruiting for site-level clinical research positionsProven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skillsExperience working with research sites, SMOs, CROs, or sponsor organizations preferredBachelor's degree preferredCompany OverviewPaul Bridges Group is an HR staffing firm that supports by scaling their recruitment teams, optimizing employee performance, and expanding.
