[Remote] Clinical Recruiter

The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for growing the network of provider partners, managing the recruitment process, and educating prospective providers on Alpaca's offerings.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment process from outbound prospecting through signed partnership agreementsConduct discovery conversations with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to understand their goals, challenges, and growth plansEducate prospective providers on Alpaca's technology, operational support, and partnership modelBuild trust with clinicians making one of the biggest career decisions of their livesConsistently manage and advance a pipeline of opportunitiesExperiment with new outreach, prospecting, and sales approaches to improve conversion ratesWork closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve messaging, processes, and product offeringsBecome an expert in the ABA industry, private practice ownership, and the challenges providers faceHelp shape the future of Alpaca's provider acquisition strategy as we scaleSkills1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsA desire to build something meaningful alongside a high-performing teamExperience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environmentPreference for experience in ABABenefitsStrong compensation packageMeaningful equityHealth benefitsFlexible PTODinner when working lateCompany OverviewAlpaca Health offers tech and admin support for ABA practices, focusing on automation and insurance reimbursement.
