They are seeking a dynamic High Volume Clinical Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for clinical hourly positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires in a fast-paced healthcare environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process for clinical hourly positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offersEfficiently handle a large number of requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality hires to meet staffing needsDevelop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talentCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient processUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidatesConduct thorough screenings and interview to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fitMaintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlinesManage and implement best practices in talent acquisition to ensure high-quality hires that align with organizational standardsPartner with hiring leaders and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesProvided an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a professional demeanorTrack and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvementProvide coaching and guidance to hiring leaders on best practices for interview, candidate selection and market trendsSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industryProven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basisStrong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract and engage talentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organization and time management skillsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsBenefitsComprehensive benefit options include medical, dental and vision, 401K, self-managed PTO and parental leave.Company OverviewUpperline Health has a variety of services to improve the lives of their patients.
