The Clinical Quality Performance Data Operations Analyst will manage data workflows and analysis to support quality performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics and drive performance management.ResponsibilitiesExecute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building, maintaining, and documenting complex, scalable datasets for Quality analytics – including driving day-to-day decision making through excel analyses and trackers built using complex and potentially flawed datasetsProject manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and the overall data ecosystem from problem definition through planning, monitoring, and sustainmentServe as the first line of defense for the end-user, troubleshooting digital friction, documenting recurring pain points and strengthening the feedback loopDesigning and maintaining systems to monitor interventions associated with improved quality of care to continually inform allocation of scarce resources for the greatest return on investmentBuild strong, cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and timelines for Quality performance improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative fieldCandidates must possess the solid technical proficiency necessary to design, maintain, update, and deploy standard, high-impact visualizations working in cross-functional teamsDemonstrated experience translating complex data sets into compelling visualizations by leveraging understanding of relational database architecture, and wireframing expertise, coupled with strong design aestheticStrong proficiency in Microsoft PPT and XLS4+ years of progressive, project management experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or closely related fieldsPreferred experience strengthening data governance in complex organizationsAbility to translate abstract quality & population health goals into concrete analytical frameworks and technical roadmapsStrong analytical skills to identify organizational needs, define KPIs, and monitor and evaluate quality metrics and dashboardsDemonstrated experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction, building consensus, managing risk, and communicating progressProven ability to manage and prioritize data products that offer the highest value to the organizationProficiency with executive-level reporting; ability to present complex population health gaps and efficacy data to a diverse group of stakeholdersDemonstrated alignment with equity‑centered, community‑informed approaches to population health and performance improvementBenefitsFlexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many rolesHealth, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partnersRobust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year)Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parentsSix weeks paid sabbatical after six years of serviceEducational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program401(k) with up to 4% matchStock optionsCompany OverviewAledade is a physician-led public benefit corporation and national leader in value‑based care.
