[Remote] Clinical Project Manager

Tigermed is a clinical research organization seeking a Clinical Project Manager to ensure smooth operations in clinical research projects. The role involves managing project deliverables, liaising with sponsors, and leading cross-functional teams to adhere to company guidelines and project scopes.ResponsibilitiesActs as the primary liaison for the sponsor s of the responsible studiesLeads and directs cross functional team leaders and third parties/vendorsManages project contractual deliverables in terms of project milestone payments and qualify insuranceManages project scopes and project costs timely to ensure control of project financial riskEnsures adherence to company SOP, policies and guidelines at the project levelEnsures project s comply with Tigermed processes and systems such as CTMS, OA eTMF etc., including escalation to relevant functional and operational managementProactively attends bid defense processPerform necessary training for Project team colleague and build the effective teamProvides feedback on project team member’s performance to respective line managersSkillsBachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major. College diploma can be accepted if the personal attributes and relevant project management experience are sufficiently justifiedAdequate knowledge of current drug development processes and regulations, including local regulations, GCP, clinical trial operations. Current GCP certificate requiredA minimum of 10 years' industry experience, including a minimum of 6 years' project management experience, CRO work experience preferred. If outstanding PM achievement is shown, suitable candidate will be consideredFluent in both written and spoken EnglishExcellent command of Microsoft officesStrong project management skillStrong time management skillBusiness skills such as budgeting and business knowledge are a bonusLocal languages fluency is preferredCompany OverviewTigermed is a contract research company providing whole process clinical trial services for the R&D of pharmaceuticals.
