They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to deliver training, applications support, and product demonstrations to customers across the US, while building strong customer relationships and supporting product adoption.ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the USEducate radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of the company’s medical and veterinary imaging systemsBuild strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high levels of satisfactionSupport the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussionsHelp develop presentations, training materials and other customer-facing contentWork closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experienceGather customer feedback on image quality, workflow and system performance to support future product developmentSkillsBackground in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a related radiology disciplinePrevious experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications roleStrong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretationExperience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environmentsProven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfactionComfortable working independently in a remote, field-based roleStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and adaptableStrong customer focus and commercial awarenessProblem-solving mindset with good attention to detailConfident creating impactful PowerPoint presentationsIdeally based between Texas and North Carolina, with easy access to a major domestic airportFrequent travel across the United StatesCompany OverviewWe aim to positively impact people’s lives by connecting talent with opportunity through a well-managed, ethical recruitment process.
