The Clinical Procedure Specialist I will promote sales of Clinical Procedure products, engage with clinical decision-makers, and maintain a pipeline of sustainable sales opportunities while collaborating with regional team members.ResponsibilitiesPromotes sales of Clinical Procedure products (Peripheral IV Access, Pain Control, IV Anesthesia Sets, Regional Anesthesia Ultrasound), and related services, interacting with established customers and developing new prospectsCalls on clinical decision makers to position products for presentation, evaluation and purchaseProspects for and qualifies new leads through sales calls in person and remotely, via virtual channelsDevelops and actively maintains a pipeline of sustainable new sales opportunities sufficient to achieve or exceed sales target/quotaWorks in collaboration with regional team members to grow sales and expand market sharePrepares and delivers effective presentations providing solutions to potential customersPrepares financial analysis, proposals and competitive analysis for customers as well as presenting the information to committee members within a hospitalSupports product evaluations and conversions as necessaryMaintains relationships with internal B.Braun departments, i.e., Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, Region office, ASC support.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to timeSkillsBachelor's degree required2+ years related experience required50% + travel required, Valid driver's license and passportApplicable industry/professional certification preferredBenefitsPlus Incentive Compensatio and Company VehicleHealthcareA 401(k) planTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewB.
