We are in search of empathetic and skilled licensed clinical mental health counselors to become part of our remote telehealth team. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy services to individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Key Responsibilities
Operate as an independent contractor, providing therapeutic services during hours you select (fee-for-service).
Deliver counseling and psychotherapy, which may include weekly or bi-weekly treatment sessions, behavior modification, and effective collaboration with case management teams.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and outcomes, employing data-driven methodologies.
Customize therapeutic techniques to align with each client's individual needs and preferences, adapting your approach as necessary throughout the sessions.
Required Skills
Proficient diagnostic and clinical capabilities, with experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Strong capacity to work autonomously and apply clinical judgment in delivering high-quality care.
Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth technologies.
Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
Access to a private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions.
Qualifications
Active license (LCSW-A, MFT, LMHC-A, or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience.
Must be a resident of North Carolina.
