[Remote] Clinical Marketing Specialist, MR

The Clinical Marketing Specialist will support clinical activities for product marketing, direct sales support, and new product introduction, while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement and marketing execution.ResponsibilitiesProvide and create clinical content for modality product marketing managers to support adoption and integration of key-product messaging and clinical claims into marketing materialsManage the collection of clinical images, by obtaining customer release forms, ensuring appropriate clinical descriptions, and maintaining clinical images databasesDemonstrate modality capabilities at industry trade shows, in the HQ Customer Center, and during sales callsContribute and advise on clinical aspects of marketing execution for marketing collaterals, presentation content, etcManage the clinical related aspects of national show/reference sitesManage the clinical related aspects of the site visit process (Houston Customer Center and national show sites)Actively participate in all site visits for system demonstration (Houston Customer Center and national show sites)Actively participate in “hot site” escalation resolution for clinical related topicsEstablish global, best-practice sharing through peer-to-peer clinical marketing operations mechanisms (tcons, webx & webinars)Contribute to modality Applications Training Summit, master’s Courses, and Global Sales Training Clinical Sessions on an as needed basisParticipate in customer engagements, focus groups, user groups, advisory boards and other market-related activities to assist in the collection, definition and validation of clinical market needs and requirementsWork with NPI (New Product Introduction) teams globally to ensure successful planning and execution of clinical marketing trainingActively support the US strategic marketing planSkillsBachelor's degree or higher in related scientific or clinical discipline; or relevant equivalent work experience8-10 years' medical imaging clinical experience as an MRI Radiological Technologist requiredStrong presentation skills and development skills with excellent ability to synthesize and explain complex issuesExcellent Oral and written communication skills in English and ability to quickly build relationships with internal team and customersAbility to travel domestically (40-50%), and occasionally internationalCreative, flexible and well-organizedTeam oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teamsExperience in training end users is preferredExperience in product marketing is preferredDual PET & MR certification or PET/MR experience desiredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability insuranceEmployee assistance programCompany paid basic life insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time offSick leave(12) paid holidaysPerformance-based incentive compensation (such as cash bonus(es))Company OverviewAt United Imaging, we develop and produce advanced medical products and IT solutions that cover the entire process of medical imaging diagnosis and treatment.
