[Remote] Clinical Mapping Specialist

The Clinical Mapping Specialist will support clinical and preclinical data acquisition and interpretation, working closely with EP physicians and clinical teams to enhance system design and procedural workflows.ResponsibilitiesSupport complex clinical and preclinical studies in the US and EU, including setting up and operating the mapping system, providing technical and clinical guidance during the procedure, documenting results, and supporting post-procedure data analysis to drive future system developmentWork closely with leading EP physicians to gain voice-of-customer feedback and drive design requirements, support the systems engineering team in translating use and clinical needs into technical requirements, and work with clinical teams to define procedural workflowsGather data, ensure data integrity, review case data, and generate verifiable materials to support submissions to regulatory bodies and the generation of external facing materials including training materials and publicationsTrain clinicians and EP lab staff on CoreMap system usage and study protocolsCultivate and apply deep understanding of clinical cardiac electrophysiologyKeep up to date with technology advances in the medical device industryTravel is required up to 50% of the timeFoster a culture of trust, open communications, and continuous improvement, with an unwavering focus on advancing patient outcomesSkillsMinimum of a BA/BS required2+ years working in the cardiac fieldWorking knowledge of cardiac anatomy, cardiac arrhythmias and basic electrophysiologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMS in Biomedical Engineer or similar desiredExperience with the EP ecosystem, including RF & PF generators, EP recording system, pacing and diagnostic catheters, and electrogram interpretationSupported EP procedures with various workflows including anatomical signal-based, and map-guided ablationCompany OverviewCoreMap exists to improve patient outcomes by delivering advanced diagnostic technology to electrophysiologists and patients.
