The Clinical Manager will support the successful use of AirLife products through clinician training, product evaluations, and customer interaction, while also contributing to research and strategic planning.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunitiesParticipation in the creation of AirLife’s evidence planProduce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitorsEstablish and maintain relationships with key customersProvides technical expertise and training to other departmentsResponsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met including deployment of user trials or pilot sales programsConducts research on product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedbackConducts Customer and AirLife product training on-site and at trade showsSkillsUnderstanding of respiratory disease statesClinical application of AirLife productsFamiliarity with critical care and anesthesia environmentsA solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and the application of therapiesMinimal 5 years clinical experience, 10 years preferredCritical Care experience requiredRegistered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, Anesthesia TechnicianExcellent Public speaking and presentation skillsPrior training experience a plusComputer proficiency in all Microsoft office applicationsProfessional license70% travelCandidates who reside in Cleveland, Cincinnati or Columbus, OHCompany OverviewAirLife is a healthcare company that specializes in anesthesia and respiratory care products.
