[Remote] Clinical Learning Specialist (RN)

They are seeking a Clinical Learning Specialist (RN) to support the development, implementation, and administration of clinical training programs, ensuring new clinicians are prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care from day one.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development, maintenance, and organization of clinical training materials, job aids, competency checklists, workflows, and reference guidesPartner with Clinical Training Managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and aligned with clinical and operational standardsSupport updates to training materials based on quality findings, workflow changes, regulatory updates, and organizational prioritiesAssist in creating presentations, skills validation tools, competency assessments, and learning resourcesCoordinate onboarding activities for new Sprinters and Advanced Practice ProvidersManage onboarding schedules, training assignments, and learner communicationsTrack completion of required training, competencies, certifications, and compliance requirementsSupport virtual and in-person onboarding events, skills labs, and training sessionsServe as a resource for onboarding-related questions and training logisticsAdminister learning assignments and training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)Maintain accurate competency, training, and completion documentationMonitor onboarding progress and communicate completion status to leaders and stakeholdersGenerate routine reports on training participation, onboarding completion, and competency complianceSupport annual competencies and ongoing education initiativesCoordinate training calendars, materials, communications, and logisticsSupport field trainers, preceptors, and training facilitators with administrative and educational resourcesAssist with audits and documentation reviews related to training and competency programsIdentify opportunities to improve training processes and learner experiencePartner with Clinical Operations, Quality, Credentialing, Compliance and People teams to support clinician readinessParticipate in process improvement initiatives related to onboarding and training operationsSupport organizational efforts to standardize training and competency management across marketsSkillsActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBachelor's degree in Nursing2+ years of clinical nursing experienceExperience as a preceptor, trainer, onboarding support resource, charge nurse, or educatorExperience creating educational materials, competency assessments, or job aidsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to travel frequently to support onboarding, training programs, and organizational initiatives at our Atlanta-based training facilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration toolsExperience in home health, primary care, population health, ambulatory care, or care managementExperience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred)Familiarity with adult learning principles and competency-based educationExperience supporting onboarding or training programs in a healthcare settingResidence in the Atlanta metropolitan areaBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plansFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with company matchParental leaveLife insurance and disability coverageCompetitive salaryCompany OverviewModern house calls that strengthen engagement with primary care It was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
