[Remote] Clinical Lead

They are seeking a Nurse Practitioner Team Lead to manage and support a growing team of nurse practitioners, ensuring safe and effective telehealth care for patients across the country.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside other members of the clinical and operations leadership teams to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care via telemedicine to patients across the country for a wide variety of conditionsManage and lead a team of nurse practitioners (NPs) in an environment of rapid growthEstablish recurring 1:1s with nurse practitioners (NPs) as neededParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, and quality initiatives for the above teamsWork alongside clinical and operations leadership to maintain quality, productivity, and performance improvement to promote practice growth and developmentBe willing and able to engage in direct virtual patient care (both asynchronous and synchronous) across a variety of service linesIdentify areas of process improvements and inefficienciesClient engagement as necessaryAbility to effectively communicate expectations, motivate individuals, foster collaboration between departments, and demonstrate a proven ability to provide positive leadership that supports teamworkOther duties as assignedSkillsLicensed and board-certified nurse practitioner (NP) degree required2+ years experience managing nurse practitioners (NPs) or other healthcare professionals at a similar level in a US health system within the past 3 years or recent relevant experience requiredPrior experience in virtual care requiredAvailability to work extended hours and certain weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholdersTeam playerAble to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environmentPassionate about motivating and growing a successful teamPrior experience in clinical operations (or working closely with operations teams) preferredActive unrestricted medical license in at least 20 states within the United States is preferredPrior experience leading clinical teams, preferably with educational experienceComputer proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, Zoho, Notion, Slack and other similar platformsAble to quickly adapt to new technologies, such as software and operating systemsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision plansFlexible Spending/Health Savings AccountsFlexible PTO401(k) + Company MatchLife Insurance, Pet insurance, and moreCompany OverviewOpenLoop is the nation’s top white-label digital health infrastructure provider, powering virtual care delivery for healthcare organizations, employers, retailers, and consumer brands.
