They are seeking a Clinical Integration Specialist to support customers during the onboarding process by providing exceptional communication and educational support, as well as technical assistance.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales and customer service to deliver exceptional customer support and timely training throughout the onboarding processDesign, develop and deliver customized technical support and product training (videos, presentations, written guides and protocols) specifically for the customer and their needsDiagnose and resolve product and/or clinical challenges for customersPerform common orthodontic practice IT troubleshooting (firewall, I/O scanner integration, windows applications, network performance) as it relates to usage of our productBuild long-term trusting relationships with our customersServe as subject matter expert to internal teams regarding physical product and softwareShare key success metrics and process improvement ideas related to integration processDevelop feedback loops, ensuring our customer’s voice is heard in product development, sales, support, marketing and relevant cross functional teamsSkillsDeep understanding of orthodontic practice operations and team dynamicsIn-depth knowledge or experience of orthodontic mechanics via aligner therapyWorking knowledge of adult learning theoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of 3D orthodontic treatment planning software programsExceptional virtual presentation skillsStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFlexible and adaptable - handles change confidently and able to shift priorities and adapt to rapid progressExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailBS/BA or equivalent experience required, preferably in healthcare, technology, or business-related fieldMinimum of 3 year's work experience with orthodontic manufacturer or orthodontic practiceCompany OverviewAngel Aligner is a global leader in clear aligner technology, combining clinical expertise with over 20 years of experience.
