Position Overview:

As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Utilization Management department, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our members and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate cases by data entry of clinical information into the Facets system via telephone, fax, or computer
Electronically route cases to nurses for review and decision, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Communicate with providers and other departments as needed, providing high-level customer service and support
Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for problem-solving and achieving key indicator goals
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical data, demographic, and product information, adhering to departmental policies and procedures
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a healthcare facility, medical office, hospital, or managed care setting
Experience with medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
Excellent telephonic customer service, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service role
Telecommuting Requirements:
Reside within a 60-mile commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV
Ability to maintain a secure and dedicated work area, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
