The Clinical Account Executive I - Medicare Part D is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing clinical programs that align with company goals.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionServe as the primary clinical point of contact for assigned accountsConduct regular client meetings to review clinical program performance and outcomesProvide expert clinical guidance and support to clientsLead the implementation of clinical programs and initiatives tailored to client needsEnsure seamless integration of clinical services with client operationsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of clinical interventionsCollaborate with clients to develop and implement clinical strategies and programsProvide expert advice on clinical trends, formulary management, and drug utilizationWork with internal stakeholders to customize solutions for clientsKeep clients informed about industry trends and innovationsAnalyze clinical data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementPrepare and present detailed reports on clinical performance and cost savingsUtilize data to help clients achieve their healthcare objectives and financial targetsEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policiesWork closely with internal teams, including operational, sales, and account management, to ensure cohesive service deliverySupport the development of marketing materials and proposals for new client opportunitiesFacilitate communication and collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teamsOther duties as assignedSkillsMedicare Part D experiencePharmD and 3+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 1 year of SME in respective areasKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of Excel and relational databasesFamiliar with SalesForceCurrent, active, and valid registered Pharmacist License, without restrictions, in any stateStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of PBM operations, drug formulary systems, and healthcare regulationsAbility to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phasesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsAbility to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directorsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsBenefitsMedical / Dental / Vision / Wellness ProgramsPaid Time Off / Company Paid HolidaysIncentive Compensation401K with Company matchLife and Disability InsuranceTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusCompany OverviewMedImpact is the nationβs largest independent health solutions and pharmacy benefit company, serving commercial health plans, government programs, self insured/employer groups, and millions of consumers.
