We are seeking an exceptional ClinDoc EPIC Applications Analyst Team Lead to join our Epic Inpatient Applications department at United Health Services. As a remote team lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through innovative healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of application analysts in supporting one or more applications or systems, serving as a subject matter expert on workflows, content, and functionality
Oversee the application team with the support of the application leader, ensuring seamless project implementation and post-implementation support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize applications, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare technology
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $37.45 - $59.38 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements:
High School Diploma and 4 years of healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology experience
Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role, with experience in project implementation and support
Current Epic certification, with preferred experience in Epic systems
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred
