- Present information effectively to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Motivated and reliable individual who can work independently
- Strong presentation and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
