Key Responsibilities:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our investment products and services to provide accurate and informative support
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Chinese (writing, reading, and typing) and English (reading and typing)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and timeliness
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Associate degree preferred, with previous customer service experience (chat and/or email) highly desirable
Ability to work night shifts (11pm-8am) and adapt to changing business needs
