They are seeking a Client Success Team Lead & Onboarding Specialist to manage client relationships, lead a support team, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Responsibilities β’ Lead the OnboardingExperience: Host engaging virtual kickoff and training calls, guiding new clients through their first 30 days β’ Direct the Support Team: Provide direction, task management, and quality assurance for our offshore junior support specialists.You set the standard; they help execute the tasks β’ Project Manage: Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to ensure apps are configured, approved by App Stores, and launched on time β’ Customize & Consult: Dig into client goals to ensure their app setup feels tailored to their needs β’ Process Ownership: Track milestones in HubSpot and proactively solve blockers before they become issues Skills β’ 1β3 years of experience in Client Success, Onboarding, or Account Coordination β’ Must be based in the U.S.or Canada with availability during core business hours (EST/PST) β’ Rising Stars Welcome: If you are a high-performer ready to move from 'Specialist' to 'Team Lead,' this is for you Company Overview β’ enCappture is a mobile app platform created for medium and small businesses to launch custom branded apps in 3 weeks.
