[Remote] Client Success Sales and Renewal Manager

Accordant Company is seeking a Client Success Sales and Renewal Manager to lead teams responsible for subscription renewals and minimizing churn across ERP product lines. This role involves strategic leadership, overseeing sales initiatives, and ensuring clients receive high-quality service while maximizing account growth.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, standardize, and continuously improve the subscription renewal process to reduce churn and maximize recurring revenueDrive completion of client renewals 90+ days from renewal date, ensuring accurate and timely executionMaintain high rigor around renewal timelines, contract visibility, and reporting via SalesforceServe as subject-matter expert on renewal processes, ERP products, and policy changesSupport team members in handling complex renewals, escalations, and client objectionsDrive the team to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base across multiple ERP productsDevelop and maintain in-life sales framework and playbooks to ensure scalable account growthMonitor KPIs for expansion revenue, renewal rates, churn, and client retention; translate insights into actionable strategiesCollaborate with executive leadership, data analytic, and Marketing to drive results of campaigns and outreach with identified client opportunitiesServe as a mentor and coach for team members in client-facing sales interactions, quote generation, and strategic account managementEnsure alignment of CSM verticals and organizational departments to maximize efficiency of sales motionsLead and develop a high-performing team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and performance managementBuild processes, tools, and data-driven reporting to optimize team effectiveness and accountabilityPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve client experience and revenue outcomesEnsure consistent communication with senior leadership regarding team performance, strategic initiatives, and client trendsSkills3+ years managing teams in Customer Success, Renewals, or SaaS operations2+ years in client sales roles with a proven track record of consistently meeting quotas1+ years in roles directly responsible for relationship managementHands-on experience with Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Sage 100 Contractor, or Sage 300 CREProven ability to build and optimize processes in a high-growth environmentSalesforce proficiency or similar CRM experience for workflow management and reportingExceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership and C-suite clientsStrong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendationsAbility to navigate ambiguity, prioritize initiatives, and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneouslyAbility to operate effectively in a remote environmentExperience designing KPIs and performance metrics for renewal and expansion teamsFormal training in project management, process optimization, or operational excellenceFamiliarity with the construction, accounting, or ERP-adjacent industriesCompany OverviewAccordant is a leading ERP and enterprise software value-added reseller (VAR) serving more than 5,000 clients across the United States and Canada.
