[Remote] Client Success Operations Associate

They are seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Operations Associate to support the Director of Client Growth and Success in managing large employer accounts, coordinating internal workstreams, and ensuring smooth delivery of client commitments.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director in coordinating cross-functional workstreams, helping ensure deliverables stay on track, owners are clear, and timelines holdMaintain account plans, trackers, and project documentation; flag risks, dependencies, and slippage to the Director in a timely wayTrack follow-through on action items from client meetings, internal syncs, and leadership reviewsCoordinate with Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Implementation teams to support on-time execution against client commitmentsAssist in preparing materials for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including data pulls, slide development, and supporting narrative draftsHelp analyze engagement, enrollment, and outcomes data to identify trends and surface observations to the DirectorSupport the translation of data into clear, accurate, client-ready insightsMonitor client health indicators and escalate potential issues to the DirectorHelp coordinate internally to resolve operational issues affecting client experienceDocument meeting minutes, client feedback, and account notes to support internal continuitySupport enrollment and member engagement strategies under the Director's guidanceHelp coordinate client-facing communications, campaigns, and webinars with MarketingAssist with renewal tracking, documentation, and timeline managementMaintain renewal readiness materials and client documentationSurface potential expansion opportunities to the Director for further evaluationOther duties as assignedSkills1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into insightsClear and professional communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, collaborative, and eager to learnInterest in enterprise account management and client growth strategyWillingness to travel as neededThis remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) preferredFamiliarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk preferredExposure to cross functional project management tools such as JIRA preferredBenefitsThis position is bonus eligible.A competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companiesA remote and accomplished global teamOpportunity for equity participationUnlimited vacation with manager approval16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents100% Employer sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options401k retirement savings planCompany OverviewTwin Health is a metabolic health platform that offers sensors, AI to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases.
