Remote Client Success Manager for Digital Marketing / Lead Generation Agency

We are seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to join our lead generation / digital marketing business.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. They will be capable of managing client relationships and coordinating with freelancers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

If you have experience in knowing how to achieve excellent client results (from a conversion perspective with ads, funnels, etc) this will be a huge bonus and please let me know in the application.

Requirements:

- Respond promptly to client emails, address inquiries, and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction. Meetings or calls may be needed at times but will be kept to a minimum.

- Liaise between clients and freelancers to coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time.

- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Manage and resolve client issues

- Maintain organized records of client communications, project progress, and other relevant documentation.

- Demonstrate a passion for helping clients succeed and go above and beyond to meet their expectations.

- Experience in digital marketing or lead generation (e.g. sales funnels, VSLs, Facebook ads, TikTok ads, SEO, etc) is required
