The Opportunity We're looking for a Client Success Manager who wants to take ownership and drive real impact. This isn't just account management – you'll be leading our entire client fulfillment operation, managing a team of 4, and making strategic decisions that directly affect our growth. What makes this role unique: • Own the entire client journey from onboarding to campaign optimization • Lead a team including EA, 2 video editors, and videographer • Direct partnership with CEO on business strategy • Professional development opportunities and conference budget What You'll Do • Lead Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our comprehensive setup process • Manage Meta Ad Campaigns: Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, drive results • Team Leadership: Direct Executive Assistant, editors, and videographer for seamless project delivery • Strategic Decision Making: Make final approvals on campaigns, scripts, and client strategies • Client Relationships: Conduct weekly check-ins, manage expectations, ensure satisfaction • Process Optimization: Improve our fulfillment systems using tools like GoHighLevel, Monday.com, and Meta Ads Manager What You Bring • 3+ years client-facing experience (agency or in-house) • Technical proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, project management tools) • Leadership skills – you'll manage a team and make strategic decisions • Problem-solving mindset – clients will look to you when things go wrong • Communication excellence – you'll be the face of our company to clients • Entrepreneurial spirit – we're growing fast and need someone who thrives in that environment Bonus points for: • Experience with video marketing or production • Home services industry knowledge • Meta advertising certification What We Offer • Competitive salary: DOE • Performance bonuses: Up to $10,000 based on client retention and satisfaction • Professional development budget for training and conferences • Flexible schedule: 100% remote work • Growth opportunity: Be part of a small, growing team with real advancement potential • Direct CEO partnership: Your ideas and decisions matter Ready to Join Us?
