As a Client Success Associate, you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a select group of clients to ensure campaign success
Act as a trusted advisor and expert in our services and offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign leads and ensure client satisfaction
Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports and recommendations
Drive account growth through excellent customer service, communication, and on-boarding
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience (or equivalent)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Comfort with using software such as MS Office, CRM, and custom-built systems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong empathy for clients and their success
