[Remote] Client Strategy Manager, Paid Media

They are seeking a highly motivated Client Strategy Manager, Paid Media to build client relationships, develop strategic plans, and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment
• Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with ADM's capabilities
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies and campaigns
• Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
• Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services
• Documentation & Insights Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in client strategy management or account management
• 3+ years in a Performance Media Agency
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
